Kitchen Remodel

On this project, we replaced everything in this kitchen from electrical to heating all the way down to the subfloor. We installed new cabinets and countertops along with new plumbing for the sink and undercabinet lighting. The flooring is a ceramic 12 x 24 tile, and the backsplash is a subway tile for easy cleaning.

We completely remodeled and reconfigured this bathroom right down to the studs! New tub and shower with tiled walls and a built-in niche. We re-tiled the floor along with adding new heat base and painting the entire bathroom. After waiting a long time for the glass shower doors and them now installed, here is the project completed...

Here is a bathroom remodel that we completed for a customer who asked us to demo everything right down to the framing and start over with the build back. We replaced all the fixtures, fixed, minor water damage by the shower, and installed new tile on the floor and shower walls. Now this bathroom is up to date!

This was a garage that we built about two years ago and the owner decided he wanted to finish the interior of it. We added some more plugs and extra lighting then insulated the ceiling and walls and sheet rocked everything. We then installed a ductless heat and AC unit for the homeowner, and lastly we painted everything. This is now a extra space that can be used for parties not to mention a nice warm workshop in the winter!

Just finished this three seasons porch for a customer and now they have the extra outdoor space they wanted. The finished walls consist of bead board on lower half of wall with mold and mildew resistant sheet rock on the upper half. The ceiling is comprised of 3/4 inch tongue and groove boards stained so it would stand out. The flooring is a vinyl plank flooring for easy cleaning.

We even insulated the ceilings walls and floor and installed a thermal wrap for keeping the heat in during colder times and keeping the heat out during the warmer times so it's a more comfortable room!

Kitchen before and after. All brand new Welborn cabinets with new granite tops and a new tile backsplash. We also installed new crown molding throughout and new pre-finished hardwood floors. We installed all new lighting from recessed in the ceiling to a  pendant light and two flush mount fixtures. This one is a wrap! We also received a very nice review from the homeowner:

Before and after bathroom project. We completely gutted the entire bathroom, then changed out the single vanity to a double vanity, eliminated the shower and installed the new air tub with a seat at the foot of the tub and some custom glass doors. New tile applied on the shower walls to the ceiling, and wood plank tile on the floor. All of the faucets and hardware are finished Matte black.

This was a fun project for the summer! We were contacted by a customer wanting to know if we would be interested in finishing the interior of a vacation lake house for them.
We completed this remodel, starting from the studs and insulation all the way to the finished painting. We installed a duct-less HVAC system from Carrier, installed vinyl plank flooring on the first floor and a high grade berber carpet for the bedrooms on the second floor. Installed a new kitchen with painted shaker style cabinets, sky blue granite and a brand new bathroom with a shower. I have to say that it won the "best view" job of the year!

We took this outdated bathroom and upgraded to new subway tile and a basket weave tile on floor. We then installed new custom Synmar base with new shower diverter. For much needed storage they added a small niche for soap and shampoo and then to finish it off new Maax Chamaeleon glass shower doors.
